1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales made through this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

2. Artwork and Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, texts, research methods, and creative processes presented on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of the artist. No part of the content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from the artist. Purchasing an artwork grants ownership of the physical piece but does not transfer copyright.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in euro and include VAT when applicable.
Payments can be made by credit card or PayPal.
Local collectors may choose studio pickup in Brussels and pay in cash. This option must be arranged directly with the artist before finalizing the order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped worldwide.
Post NL is used for deliveries within Europe.
DHL or FedEx are used for international deliveries outside Europe.
Shipping times vary depending on destination and customs procedures. Any delays caused by transport services or customs authorities are outside our control.

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number. All artworks are packed with care to ensure safe delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of limited edition artworks, all sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted unless the artwork arrives damaged.

If your artwork arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the artwork. After verification, a replacement or refund will be arranged. If the edition is sold out and a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

6. Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply in their country. These costs are not included in the sale price or shipping fees.

7. Studio Pickup

Studio pickup in Brussels is available upon request. The artwork will be prepared for collection at a scheduled time. Once the artwork is handed over in person, the sale is considered completed.
